Fresh salmon on greens drizzled with honey-citrus, served with Tocai Friulano, a classical, nuanced white wine from the famed Callio district

Shinwari - Batasiolo Barbaresco *DOCG '01

Pistachio encrusted rach of lamb with grilled vegetables and delicately seasoned basmati rice coupled with an elegant and smooth red wine that reinforces the dish
